Astrasso believes that MEAL is a core competency that is pivotal in the design and implementation of high-impact programs and is a growing strand within humanitarian action. Astrasso will develop monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning matrices for organizations to strengthen the quality of their programs and accountability to the people they serve, sharpen skills, deepen the experience, innovate and lead sustainable development work.
The MEAL Framework developed by Astrasso will enable organizations to measure success/ failure of their projects, or programs and be supported in designing appropriate corrective action. In built to this are efficient and seamless Beneficiary Feedback Mechanisms (BFM) that allow project staff to keep abreast with beneficiary issues and concerns throughout the project or program duration.
